Information For Authors

As of January 1, 2025, Atlantic Geoscience has adopted the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license requires that re-users give credit to the creator, but allows re-users to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, even for commercial purposes. With this license, authors retain copyright for their work. Going forward, it is understood that authors who submit to the journal agree to the terms of this publication license, unless an alternative arrangement is made in writing.

Fees

Atlantic Geoscience has no author publication charges or publication handling fees. However, we welcome donations from authors who have funds available for this purpose, use of which does not negatively impact their ability to fund their research. Please contact the editors for more information.
