Climate Law in Canada

Cherie Metcalf is currently an Associate Professor at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law and has formerly served as a clerk to both the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from UBC and completed her LL.M. at Yale University.
