Focus and Scope

The University of New Brunswick Law Journal is published annually by upper-year students enrolled in the Faculty of Law. The editorial board changes on an annual basis with board members being appointed for the duration of one academic year. As a result, the journal is published once per year, often in the summer.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
