Hate Crimes and Hate Group Activity in Canada

Senior Counsel to the League of Human Rights of the B’nai B’rith, and its National Chairman, 1989–1991; partner, Cooper, Sandler, West and Skurka (Toronto). Mr. Sandler appeared on behalf of the League as intervener before the Supreme Court of Canada in cases involving Zundel, Keegstra, Smith and Andrews. He has advised various government agencies on human rights issues, hate group activity in Canada and the use of legislation to combat racism.
