Community Notification of High Risk Sex Offenders

Jennifer A. Cooper, Q.C. is a partner at the Winnipeg law firm of Pitblado & Hoskin. Ms. Cooper chaired the Manitoba Community Notification Committee during its first two years of operation.

Glen Lewis is a Senior Program and Policy Consultant at the Manitoba Department of Justice. Mr. Lewis chaired the working group which developed the Protocol for the Committee and is currently on staff with the Committee.
