How Justice Rand Devised His Famous Formula and Forever Changed the Landscape of Canadian Labour Law

William Kaplan is a Toronto lawyer. He has been awarded the Law Society Medal for his contributions to the legal profession and an honourary doctorate of laws degree from the Law Society of Upper Canada. In 2010, the Attorney General of Ontario awarded Kaplan the Walter Mundell Medal for excellence in legal writing.
