Kody D. Muncaster, St. Thomas University

Kody Carlson is a self-compassion researcher and mindfulness facilitator. He is studying Social Work at St. Thomas University. He completed his undergraduate degree in leadership studies at Renaissance College, University of New Brunswick. He can be reached at kody.carlson@unb.ca

Jenny L. Rowett, University of New Brunswick

Jenny L. Rowett is a Counselling Therapist, Kinesiologist, yoga and meditation teacher, doctoral student and instructor at the University of New Brunswick.  She created a Mindfulness course at UNB four years ago, which is now being taught at Renaissance College and in the Faculty of Kinesiology.  She can be reached at jen.rowett@unb.ca
