Author Biography
Cornel Bogle is a Jamaican poet and writer based in British Columbia, Canada. He is an assistant professor of English at Simon Fraser University, where he teaches courses on Black, Caribbean, and diasporic literatures and expressive cultures. His poetry and critical writing have appeared or are forthcoming in Brick, Arc Poetry, Pree: Caribbean Literature, Studies in Canadian Literature, TOPIA: Canadian Journal of Cultural Studies, The Routledge Handbook of Caribbean Studies, and The Bloomsbury Handbook of Poetics, Gender, and Sexuality. He is the Book Reviews Editor of the Journal of West Indian Literature.
