Valorisation axiologique et analogie positionnelle chez Arnaut Daniel
Abstract
Arnaut Daniel's metaphors for abstract concepts of affectivity and value are cognitively mapped on structures of verticality and horizontality: "high – low," "front – back." These mappings, reflected in Arnaut's choice of semantic terms and imagery and replicated at the phonetic and metric levels as well as in the formal construction of his poems, undeniably build a coherent system. This article focuses on the manner in which Arnaut uses these cognitive mappings to highlight axiological values. Résumé A partir des schémas cognitifs « haut-bas », « devant-derrière », qui forment une grille de verticalité — horizontalité, le poète construit des métaphores visant à définir des concepts abstraits de l'affectivité et des valeurs de bien. Ces analogies répliquées au niveau phonétique et métrique, ainsi que dans la construction formelle de ses poèmes, construisent un système cohérent. Dans cet article on se concentre sur la manière dont Arnaut utilise les rapports positionnels pour souligner la valeur axiologique.
