Special Thinning Issue
of the
International Journal of Forest Engineering
in 2004

The year 2004 will be marked by the publication of not two but three volumes of the IJFE. In partnership with the Finnish Forest Research Institute and the Forest Engineering Research Institute of Canada, the IJFE will be publishing a special issues of the Journal devoted to forest thinning research. Under the guest editorship IJFE editorial board member Dr. Antti Asikainen and Dr. Dominik Röser, this issue will present approximately a dozen papers on thinning. Look for it in late February, 2004.
